It’s been nearly 30 years since I started reading the book “Very Hungry Caterpillar” by Eric Carle to my child who was just born. Eric Carle's book is fascinating, and the artwork is also very unique. I bought both English and Japanese versions of this book and read them many times to my baby. I made a SocksArt caterpillar just like the character in the book.

「はらぺこあおむし」の本を生後まもない我が子に読み始めた頃から、もう、かれこれ３０年近くになってしまいました。エリック・カールの本は面白く、工夫を凝らしたアートワークもとても素敵です。英語版と日本語版の両方の本を買って読み聞かせをしていました。ソックスアートのあおむしは、やはり、この本のキャラクターのように、制作しました。
